This tutorial was written by me on 7/06/08.
It was written in PSP XI, but will work in any version.

Supplies needed for this tutorial:

Tube of choice
One that is laying down is best for this tutorial
I am using the fabulous artwork of Elias Chatzoudis

Scrap kit or the one I'm using from Patty ( Honored Scraps )

I'm using Team MT

Let's get started
Open your supplies in PSP and minimize

Open a new canvas 700x550
Floodfill white

Add a new layer & floodfill with #deac72
Layers, load mask, load mask from disk,
with these settings

Layers, merge, merge group

Copy & paste frame 2 as a new layer
Resize
Grab your magic wand & click inside all of the frames
Selections, modify, expand by 3
Add a new layer
Copy a paper of choice & paste it into selection
Deselect
Drag this layer under the frame layer

Go back to your frame layer & click inside just one of the frames
Selections, modify, expand by 3
Open the tube that you're going to use
With your selections tool set on rectangle, copy
a part of her to put inside the frame
Back on the tag, add a new layer and drag it between the
frame layer & the paper selections layer
Paste into selection
Deselect
Repeat this until you have all the frames full, using different parts of
your tube
I just used different parts of her face

Close out the white background layer & mask layer
Make sure you have one of the visible layers activated
Layers, merge, merge visible
Effects, drop shadow, with these settings

Go to image, rotate, left 50
You can unhide the white background & mask layer now

Grab your preset shape tool, rectangle, background set to a
paper of choice from the scrap kit, foreground white, line - solid,
with these settings

Draw out a long slim rectangle
Once happy with it, convert it to a raster layer
Effects, inner bevel, with these settings

Apply the same drop shadow as before
Position towards the bottom of your tag
Please refer to my tag as reference
Duplicate, flip

Copy & paste the chain as a new layer
Drag under the rectangle layers
Image, free rotate, left 90
Resize as needed
Apply the same drop shadow as before, but drop
the opacity to 25
Refer to my tag for placement
Duplicate, mirror

Copy & paste a flower of choice from the scrap kit
Resize ( I resized 20%)
Keep this in the middle of the tag
Effects, Mura Meister, Copies, with these settings

Grab your eraser brush and erase any of the flowers
that have been cut off, and/or that go over your rectangle
Position over one of the rectangles
Apply the same drop shadow as with the chains
Duplicate, flip

Open the diamond/accent page from your supplies
Copy the diamond that i have selected & paste as a new
layer on your tag
Duplicate 4 times, or as many flowers as you have
Position these over the middle of the flowers
Close out all layers except for the 5 diamond layers
Layers, merge, merge visible
Unhide all other layers, and close out the diamond layer for now

Copy & paste the dragonfly from the scrap kit as a new layer
Resize & apply the same drop shadow as before
Image, rotate, right 30
Position at the top right of your tag
Duplicate
Resize again by 60%, mirror
Position at the bottom left of the tag

Paste your tube as a new layer
Apply drop shadow, same settings as before

Add your name & any copyright information

* Animation *

In Animation Shop, make sure you have propogate paste selected!


In PSP, unhide the diamond layer, copy
Paste in AS as a new animation
Effects, insert image effect, with these settings

Click on customize and apply these settings

Click on & delete frame 1
You should now have 20 frames
Select all frames
( If you're using a different scrap kit, these settings may need to be adjusted! )

Back in PSP hide your tube layer and your diamond layer
Copy merged & paste in AS as a new animation
Duplicate to 20 frames
Select all frames

Activate the diamond animation & copy
Back on your tag animation, paste into selected frame
Carefully position over the flowers like you did in PSP
Repeat this on the other set of flowers

Back in PSP hide all visible layers and unhide your tube layer
Copy & paste in AS as anew animation
Duplicate to 20 frames
Select all frames & copy
Back on your tag animation, paste into selected frame

Check the animation, and if happy, save as a gif and that's it,
you're done!
Now go show off your new tag
