This tutorial was written by me on 6/05/08.
It was written in PSP XI, but should work in any version.

Supplies needed:

Tube of choice
I am using the stunning artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You can purchase a license to use his work HERE

Scrap kit of choice, or the one I purchased HERE
This is a ptu kit, " Slice of Summer " but if you don't have, or don't want to purchase this kit,
any summer kit will work.

Mask
The mask I am supplying is from Weescotlass

Font of choice
I am using AL Hurried Note

Supplies are at the bottom of the page

Ready? This is a quickie!

Open your supplies in PSP
Drop the mask into your mask folder

Open a new canvas 600x600
Floodfill white

Copy and paste one of the papers from
your kit as a new layer
Layers, load mask, load mask from disc, find the WSL_MASK_35, and apply with these settings

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer
Resize as needed
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen
Grab your selection tool, point to point and draw around
the frame like this

Add a new layer
Copy one of your papers and paste into selection
Deselect
Drag this layer under the frame layer

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Position it in the middle of the frame
Drag this layer under the frame layer
Grab your eraser brush and erase any of the frame
that covers up any of the tube you want to show through

Copy and paste one of the flowers and paste as a new layer
Resize and position at the bottom left of the frame
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen

Close out the white background layer and mask layer
Layers, merge, merge visible
Position at the top left of your tag
Refer to my tag for an example
Duplicate and resize by 50%
Adjust, free rotate, right 40%
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen
Position at the bottom right of the larger frame
Add a drop shadow to both layer with these settings

Copy and paste the tag a s a new layer
Resize as needed
Adjust, free rotate, left 8%
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen
Effects, drop shadow, same settings as before

Copy and paste one of the buttons as a new layer
Resize as needed
Position over the tag
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen
Effects, drop shadow, with the same settings as before

Copy and paste the wordart as a new layer
Resize as needed
Position at the bottom middle of your tag
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen
Apply the same drop shadow

Add any other embellishments of choice

Add your name and any copyright information

Layers, merge, merge visible
Save as a png and you're done
