* Seeing Spots *

This tutorial was written by me on 5/27/08.
It was written in PSP XI, but should work in any version with
a few minor adjustments.
There are no supplies for this tutorial.

Supplies needed for this tutorial:
Tube of choice
I am using the stunning artwork of Keith Garvey
You can purchase a license to use his work HERE
Please do not use the same tube without a license .

Font of choice
I am using P22 Ohley which is a pay font, therefore
I cannot supply.

No outside plugins needed for this tutorial.

This one is a quickie lol
Let's start by opening a new canvas 450x550
Floodfill white
Grab your preset shape tool, elipse, Foreground null,
Background color, we are gonna be using 4 different colors
#ffb8be, #e25e6a, #e37e78, & #d75d64
Draw out about 15 circles of varying size & color
and positioning on different parts of your tag
Remember to convert each layer to a raster layer after each circle
For now, we want them each on different layers

Randomly pick out 5 different layers and close them out so the
are not visible
Close out the white background layer
Layers, merge, merge visible
Effects, drop shadow with these setting

Unhide the other 5 circle layers
Name your layers 1,2,3,4,&5
Activate layer 1
Effects, drop shadow with these settings

Make SURE you have shadow on new layer checked for these layers!!
Repeat this drop shadow with layers 2,3,4,&5

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed
Position it in the middle, slightly to the right on your tag
Effects, drop shadow with these settings

Unhide the white background layer
Copy merged and paste as a new layer
Make SURE this layer is at the top of your layer palette
Effects, reflection effects, kaleidoscope, with these settings

Repeat this effect with the same settings 2 more times
Selections, select all, selections, modify, contract by 5
Hit delete on your keyboard once
Effects, drop shadow with these settings

Repeat drop shadow, with these settings

Add your name with color black
Image, free rotate, left 15%
Effects, texture effects, weave with these settings

Effects, drop shadow with these settings

Add any copyright information

* Animation *

Close out the shadow layers for layers 2,3,4,5
Copy merged and paste in AS as a new animation
Close out shadow layers 1,3,4,5
Copy merged and paste in AS after current frame
Close out shadow layers 1,2,4,5
Copy merged and paste after current frame in AS
Close out shadow layers 1,2,3,5
Copy merged and paste after current frame in AS
Close out shadow layers 1,2,3,4
Copy merged and paste in AS after current frame

Select all frames and change the frame properties to 60

Save as a gif and you're done!
