This tutorial was written by me 5/08.

Supplies needed for this tut:
Tube of choice
I am using the amazing artwork of Keith Garvey
You can purchase a license to use his tubes at
HERE
Please do not use the same tube without a license.
Scrapkit of choice, or the one I purchased from Clarey
at HERE
Font of choice, the one I'm using is a pay font,
therefore i cannot supply.

Open a new canvas 700x700 (we can resize later)
Floodfill white
Copy and paste the pink grunge cd as a new layer
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 10

Copy and paste the black grunge cd as a new layer
Copy and paste the ROCK ON wordart as a new layer,
Image, resize,65 %
Place at the top left of the tag
Layers, duplicate, place at the top right of the tag
Layers, merge, merge down
Effects, V-3 H-4 opacity 45, blur 10, color black

Copy and paste the negative wrapped frame as a new layer
Add the same drop shadow
Grab your freehand selection tool and trace around the
insides of the frames like this

Layer, new layer, floodfill the selections on this new layer white
Drag this layer under the frame layer
Do NOT deselect
New layer, Copy and paste one of the papers,
Edit, paste into selection
Deselect

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Give it the same drop shadow as the other layers
Duplicate the tube layer 3 times, for a total of 4 layers
Close out 3 of the tube layers and activate the visible layer
Position it to where there are 3 different parts of the tube showing
in the 3 frames.
Grab your magic wand and click on the white square in the
frame you have your tube positioned in
Selections, invert, go back to the tube layer and hit
delete once on your keyboard.
Do that with 2 of the other tube layers having different parts of the
tube showing through.
You can delete the white squares layers now
Take the fourth tube layer and position to the bottom
left of your tag.

Copy and paste one of the guitars as a new layer
Image, resize, 75%
Add the same drop shadow
Image, free rotate, right,9
Position at the bottom right of your tag

Copy and paste the pink microphone and stand
as a new layer, resize 70%, same drop shadow
Position at the bottom right of the tag, just over the guitar

Activate the ROCK ON wordart and bring this layer to the top of all
other layers

Copy and paste the stringedstars and paste UNDER the ROCK ON
wordart
Image, resize,80%
Drop shadow same as other layers

Layers, new layer, selections, select all,
floodfill with #ea3b7c or a color from your tube,
Selections, modify, contract by 1, hit delete once on your keyboard
Deselect

Add any other embelishments that you would like ,add drop
shadow, and position where you would like them

Add your name, watermark, and any copyright info

Resize if needed
Save as a png file and you're done.
