I’m using the artwork of PinUpToons. He is a pay to use artist. You can purchase his art here: CILM


Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies to suit your tag.

Open a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white. Copy and paste your frame of choice. Grab your magic wand tool and click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 6. Copy and paste your paper of choice. Selections, Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paste your flower. Add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 3.00, C black. Duplicate and place it around your frame like in the above tag then move below your paper layer. Copy and paste your glitter swirl adding the same drop shadow as above. Place to the top right of your tag. Duplicate, Image, Mirror. Merge Down. Duplicate, Image, Flip. Merge Down. Move this layer below your flower layer.

Copy and paste your butterfly, flower cluster and any other elements of choice adding the same drop shadow as above and placing them where desired. Copy and paste your tube of choice. Add the above drop shadow and place the tube where it looks good. Duplicate it and move one layer below your frame layer. Use your selection tool on you top tube layer and delete the parts of the tube u want to. This will allow your tube to look like it’s half in and half out of your frame.

Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info and your name. I used font honey script.


Animation


Copy Merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Duplicate until you have a total of 5 frames. Copy and paste your paw print animation into your tag. Select All and change your frame properties to 100. View animation and if happy save as a gif. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
