Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies as needed for your tag.

Open a new canvas 650x500 and flood fill white. Copy and paste a paper of choice. Load your mask with the following settings.

Merge Group.

Copy and paste your fan and add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 3.00, C black. Copy and paste your doodle and place it to the left of your tag. Duplicate, Image, and Mirror. Merge Down and add the same drop shadow as above. Move this layer below your frame layer. Copy and paste your roses and spread them along the fan. Add the same drop shadow as above.

Copy and paste your envelope and place where desired. Add the same drop shadow. Copy and paste your drapes and place them where desired. Add the previous drop shadow. Copy and paste your other roses to the bottom left of your tag. Duplicate and move over to the right a bit. Duplicate and move this one over to the right a bit. Merge down twice so all three roses are on one layer. Duplicate, Image and Mirror. Merge Down and add your drop shadow from above.

Copy and paste your bow of choice and space them out at the bottom of your tag. Crop and resize if needed. Add all your copyright info and your name. I used font P22 Corinthia. I chose not to animate mine and saved as a png. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
