DSB Flux – Linear Transmission (optional)
I’m using the artwork of Angie Monasterio. She is pay to use. You can purchase her artwork here:
CILM
Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies as needed for your tag.
Open a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white. Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a color of choice. I used #fb67f5. Load your mask (Mask74_Kreations) with the following settings.
Merge Group.
Copy and paste your crown sticker and move to the top left. Duplicate and move to the bottom right. Merge Down and Duplicate. Make the bottom crown layer active and add DSB Flux – Linear Transmission (optional) with the following settings.
Add a drop shadow to both layers of V+H 3, O 50, B 3.00, C black. Copy and paste your glitter heart and place to the bottom left of your tag. I rotated mine slightly but this is your choice. Duplicate, and move to the top right of your tag. Merged Down and add the same drop shadow.
Copy and paste your bows, butterfly, feather and any other elements you desire. Copy and paste your tube. Add the above drop shadow to them. Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info and your name. I used font HoneyPye.
Animation
Make your mask layer active and add Eye Candy 5: Textures – Textured Noise with the following settings.
Make your top Crown layer active and with your magic wand tool select the outer line. Add noise with the following settings.
Selections, Select None. Copy Merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Go back to PSP and click undo until you’ve removed all filters. Then follow the above steps to make 2 more frames in animation shop. Remember on the textured noise to hit random seed. Once you have 3 frames in animation shop select all and move your frame properties to 15.
View animation and if happy save as a gif. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
