Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies as needed for your tag.

Open a new canvas 600x550 and flood fill white. Copy and paste your frame. Move it off to the right a bit. Grab your magic wand tool and click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 8. Copy and paste your paper of choice. Selections, Invert and hit delete on you keyboard. Selections, Select None and move this layer below your frame layer.

With your magic wand click inside your frame once more. Selections, Modify, Expand by 8. Copy and paste your tube of choice. I used a close up of my main tube. Selections, Invert and hit delete on you keyboard. Selections, Select None and move this layer below your frame layer. Add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 6.00, C black.

Copy and paste your doodle and place where it looks good. I placed mine at the top and bottom of my frame. Merge Down. Move this layer so it’s above your white back ground layer. Add the same drop shadow as above. Copy and paste your cherry blossoms and place to the left of your tag. Use my tag as a guide or place where desired. Add the same drop shadow as above. Copy and paste any other elements of choice and place where desired. I also used bows on my frame adding the same drop shadow as above.

Copy and paste your main tube and place where desired. Add the same drop shadow as above. Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info and your name. I used font Mahogany Script.

I chose not to animate mine but this is your choice. I saved as a png. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
