Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies to suit your tag.

Open a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white. Copy and paste you frame. Grab your magic wand tool and click inside the frame. If you’re using the same frame as me you will have to click around the bow to get the whole inside of the frame selected.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 10. Copy and paste your paper of choice. Selections, Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None and move this layer below your frame layer. Copy and paste your cardboard heart and place where desired. Add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 6.00, C black.

Choose one of your flowers, resize it small and copy and paste it around your frame adding the same drop shadow as above. Copy and paste your doodle. Add the same drop shadow as above. Place to the bottom right of your tag. Duplicate, Image, Mirror. Image, Flip. Merge Down and move this layer so it’s above your white background layer.

Copy and paste your tube of choice and place where desired. Add the same drop shadow as above. Duplicate. Grab your magic wand tool once more. Click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 10. Selections, Invert. Make your bottom tube layer active and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None. Move your top tube layer above your frame layer and with your selection tool, select the bottom portion of your tube and hit delete on you keyboard.

Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info and your name. I used font Annabelle. I chose not to animate and I deleted my white background, but this is your choice. I saved as a png.
