Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize pieces to suit your tag. Open your fireworks in animation shop.

Open a new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white. Copy and paste your frame of choice. Grab you magic wand tool and click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 8. Copy and paste paper of choice. Selections, Invert and hit delete on you keyboard. Selections, Select None and move this layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paste your shooting stars elements and add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 6.00, C black. Copy and paste your red and blue star buttons and place where desired adding the same drop shadow as above.

Grab your magic wand tool once more and click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 8. Copy and paste your tube and add the same drop shadow as above. Duplicate and make the bottom tube layer active.

Selections, Invert and hit delete on you keyboard. Selections, Select None. Move this layer below your frame layer. Make your top tube layer active and grab your Selection Tool. Select you leg area and hit delete on your keyboard. This will make your tube look like she’s half in and half out of your frame. Add the same drop shadow as above to your tube.

With a block font of choice write out All American Girl. Convert to raster. Then with a script type font write out your name. I used P22 Corinthia. Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info.

Animation


Copy Merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Duplicate until you have a total of 20 frames. Copy and paste your fireworks into your tag and place where desired. View animation and if happy save as a gif. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
