* Party Like A Rockstar *

This tutorial was written by me on 6/19/08.
It was written using PSP XI, but will work with any version.

Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
I am using the amazing artwork of Kieth Garvey
You can purchase a license to use his work HERE

Mask is from Weescotlass
You can visit here site HERE

Equalizer made by me.....please don't use in any other tutorial

Fonts of choice
I am using P22 Corinthia & Century Gothic

Supplies are at the bottom of the page

Let's get started
Open the equalizer in Animation Shop
Open all other supplies in PSP

Open a new canvas 600x600
You can resize later
Floodfill white
Add a new layer
Floodfill with #93a5b2
Apply WSL_92 mask with these settings

Layers, merge, merge group
Resize 110%
Duplicate this layer, image, flip
Set the opacity to 50 on this top mask layer only
Hide the white background layer
Layers, merge, merge visible
You can unhide the white background layer now

Set you foreground color to #b30009, background null
Grab your preset shape tool, elipse, with these settings

Draw out a fairly large circle
Do NOT convert this to a raster layer!
Objects, align, center in canvas
Add a new layer
Grab your text tool and with a readable font ( I used Century Gothic )
type out Party Like A Rockstar.....about 3 times, or whatever it
takes to fill the circle
Make sure you put the text tool on the circle so it will circle the text

If it doesn't look like the preview above, it will just be a straight text
Once happy with your text, convert it to a raster layer
Hide or delete the circle vector layer....we don't want this to show up
on our tag!

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed
Effects, drop shadow, with these settings

Add your name & any copyright information

* Animation *

Close out your tube & name layer
Copy merged and paste in AS as a new animation
Duplicate 8 times, giving you 9 frames
Make SURE you have propogate paste selected in AS!!

Select all frames

Activate the equalizer animation
Select all frames & copy
Paste into selected frame on your tag animation
Position in the middle of your circled text

Go back to PSP and close out all the visible layers
Unhide the tube layer & your name layer
Copy merged and paste in AS as a new animation
Duplicate 8 times, for a total of 9 frames
Select all frames & copy
Paste into selected frame on your tag animation
Position in the middle of your tag

Save as a gif and you're done!
