This tutorial was written by me 5/08.
Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Image or Images of choice
I am using the fabulous work of Suzanne Woolcott
You can purchase a license to use her work at

Please do not use the same images/tubes without a license to do so.
Font of choice
Doodles of choice
I am using a doodle from Melissa of Sentimental Style
(formerly of Scrappy Expressions)

Plugins:eyecandy 5 textures
penta.com, jeans
Mura Meisters, cloud

Let's get started
Open all your supplies in PSP
Open a new canvas 600x600, floodfill white
Copy and paste my template as a new layer

Grab your magic wand and click inside the left square
Selections, modify, expand by 8
Copy one of your images
New layer, edit, paste into selection
Deselect
Copy your other image, or i used the same image
and mirrored it
Click on the right square, selections, expand by 8
New layer, paste into selection
Deselect
Close out all layers except the image layers
Merge the 2 image layers together and drag
UNDER the template layer
Go back to the template layer and click in the middle
square with your magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 8
New layer, foreground set to #627d8d ,
background set to white
Floodfill with the #627d8d
Effects, mura meisters, cloud, with these settings




Deselect
Move this layer under the template layer and close out all layers except this layer and the image layers,
merge with the images layer

Activate the template layer,
Effects drop shadow,V-4, H-2, opacity 51,
blur 7.92, color black

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed and position over the
middle square
Add same drop shadow
Grab your eraser brush and erase parts of
the tube outside of the square
I left a little at the top and just erased the
bottom part of her

Activate the white background layer
Copy and paste your "city" tube as a new layer
Position at the top of your tag
Refer to my tag for placement
Duplicate and activate the bottom tube layer
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur, 30
Effects, penta.com , jeans, settings 62 4
Activate the top tube layer
Give it the same drop shadow
Take you eraser and erase any excess from
the bottom of your tube

Copy and paste the wordart as a new layer
Add drop shadow
Position over the template ( refer to my tag)
Copy and paste your doodle and drag it
under all other layers (except background layer)
Position and add drop shadow

Add any other brushes or accents of choice

Add your name, and any copyright info

Grab your crop tool, close out the white
background layer
Snap crop rectangle to: merged opaque


ANIMATION

Activate the city tube layer and duplicate
3 times
Name those layers 1,2,3,4
Activate layer 1, effects, eyecandy textures, texture noise
with these settings



Repeat this with the other 3 layers, hitting random seed
with each layer

Close out layers 2,3,4 , copy merged
paste in AS as a new animation
Close out layers 1,3,4 , copy merged
paste in AS after current frame
Close out layers 1,2,4 , copy merged
paste in AS after current frame
Close out layers 1,2,3 , copy merged
paste in AS after current frame
Set the frame properties to 30 & save
as a gif and you're done.
