* SUMMER BREEZE *

I am using PSPXI, but it can be done in any version.

This tutorial assumes that you have good working knowledge of PSP.
I am using the stunning artwork of Elias Chatzuodis. You can find his work here HERE
Please do not use the same without a license to do so.
Scrapkit is from Melissa of sentimental Style. I used her free kit *SUMMER BREEZE* . You can
download this scrap here HERE , or use one of your own liking.
Mask is from Weescotlass. Visit her site here HERE .

OK Let's get started!
Open up a new image, 500x500, we can resize later if needed.
Floodfill with white. Now open 2 of the scrap papers you are going to use.
Colourize to match your tag. Copy one of your papers.
New layer, selections, select all, paste into selection.
Deselect. Apply your mask to this layer .
Layers, merge,merge group.

Now grab your preset shape tool, elipse, create on vector, line solid, width 20, anti-alias checked.
Set you background to #f0a500 or color of your choice, and foreground to one of the papers from
your scrap kit. Now draw out a medium sized circle convert to raster when you are happy with it.
Repeat this step about 4 more times, varying the size of your circles, and inverting foreground/background.
Make sure you convert to raster after each circle so that they are all on different layers.
Arrange the circles to your liking, or refer to my tag for placement. Click on the inside of the solid color circles,
effects, penta.com, colour dot, default settings.

Close out the mask layer and white background merge, merge visible.
Effects, drop shadow, V-4 H-2, opacity 51, blur 8, color black.
Open the summer breeze sticker of choice copy, and paste as a new layer.
Resize 70 percent, and place over the largest circle. Apply same drop shadow.
Now open of of the butterflies copy and paste as new layer. Resize 50 percent
and place at the top left of your tag. Image, free rotate, right 20 degrees. Open
1 of the ice cream stickers, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 35 percent,
image free rotate, right 11 degrees, add same drop shadow and place to the left of the summer breeze sticker.

Now is the time to add your tube, give it the same drop shadow, and add your name
watermark, and copyright information.

Now go to your circle layer and duplicate this layer 3 times, for a total of 4 layers.
Name the layers 1,2,3,4. Grab your magic wand, tolerance 5, feather 0, anti-alias checked

Click on the solid color part of your circles

Effects dsb flux,bright noise, intensity at 47, click
mix once. Go to layer 2, same effect, but this time click mix 2 times. 3rd layer, click mix 3 times, 4th layer 4 times.
Deselect.

* Animation *

Now it's time to animate. Close out circle layers 2,3,& 4, copy merged, paste as new animation in AS. Now open layer 2 and close out
layers 1,3,&4. Copy merged, paste after current frame in AS. Close out layers 1,2 & 4, paste after frame, then close out layers 1,2,&3 copy merged, paste
after current frame. Check your animation and if you're happy, save your tag and show it off!
