* Deal With It! *
This tutorial was written by me on 7/24/08.
It was written in PSP XI, but will work in any version.
Supplies needed for this tutorial:
Tube of choice

I am using Children Play & Kon Tiki
Ok let's get started
Open all your supplies in PSP and minimize
Open a new canvas 500x500
Floodfill white
Copy & paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Layers, load mask from disk, with these settings
Layers, merge, merge group
Set your background color to a paper of choice, foreground white
Grab your preset shape tool, elipse, with these settings
Draw out a fairly large circle
Do NOT convert to raster yet!
Grab your text tool and type out your choice of text, or mine, which was
Put on your big girl panties & deal with it
Make sure the text tool looks like this
or it wont circle around
Once your happy with your text, convert the circle to a raster
Copy & paste the circle frame as a new layer
Resize so it fits around the outside part of the circle
Duplicate and resize again to fit around the inside white part of the circle
Refer to my tag for reference
Build the rest of your tag with whatever elements you choose
Apply a drop shadow to all of your layers with these settings
Add your name and any copyright information
* Animation *
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer
Apply the same drop shadow as before
Duplicate, Image, Mirror
Try to line them up to where their feet are pretty much in the same place
Close out the top tube layer
Copy merged and paste in AS as a new animation
Unhide the top tube layer & close the bottom one
Copy merged & paste in AS after current frame
Select all frames & change the animation properties to 50
Save as a gif and you're done
