Supplies Needed:

I’m using the artwork of PinUpToons. He is a pay to use artist. You can purchase his art here: CILM


Open all your supplies in PSP. Resize supplies as suited for your tag.

Open a new canvas 650x600 and flood fill white. Copy and paste your frame of choice. Grab your magic wand tool and click inside your frame. Selections, Modify, Expand by 6. Copy and paste a paper of choice. Selections, Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paste your cloud temp and move it so it on top of your white background layer. You might need to resize it to fit your tag. Copy and paste your heart tag and place to the left of your tag. Add a drop shadow of V+H 3, O 50, B 6.00, C black.

Copy and paste your butterfly, bow, and dove. Add the same drop shadow as above. I made the word art so it can be colored. Color it so it accents your tag. Copy and paste it to your tag and place it where it looks good. (I added a gradient glow of white to mine). Add a drop shadow to suit.

Copy and paste your tube adding the same drop shadow as above. Place where desired. Crop and resize if needed. Add all copyright info and your name. I used font GE Curviture.


Animation


*(I’m going to provide a halo for anyone who’s not using the same tube as me). For those of you needing to use the halo plz follow these directions. After copying and pasting your halo where desired. Copy Merged and paste into animation shop. Go back to PSP and make your halo layer active. Go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast. Move Brightness to 25. Copy Merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

For everyone else using the same tube as I did or a similar tube with a halo. Copy Merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Back to PSP and grab your selection tool freehand and set it to point to point. Select just the halo. Go to Adjust, Brightness and Contrast. Move Brightness to 25. Copy Merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

Select All and move your frame properties to 75. View animation and if happy save as a gif. All done! I hope you’ve enjoyed this tut! :0)
